Larissa

Larissa has been coaching Bucked Up Bootcamp since 2021. Larissa is a 6x American Ninja Warrior competitor, National NPC Bikini competitor, Ninja coach, Certified Group Instructor, Weight Loss Specialist and mother of 2. She loves pushing her strengths and goals to the limit while bettering her weaknesses while in the process. Bodybuilding, Ninja,  nutrition, and strength training have become a lifestyle passion, and there is no slowing her down! She is your biggest cheerleader and will be supporting you in the process of you building the strongest, healthiest, happiest version of yourself!

Jake

Jake is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. He graduated from Utah Valley University with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Since 2018, he has been coaching clients through online platforms, shortly after earning his IFBB Pro card in Men's Physique Bodybuilding. He is dedicated to supporting you in becoming your best self. Jake is the coach who will guide you every step of the way.

Certified Pilates and Barre Instructor, Courtney combines her passion for movement with a deep understanding of the mind–muscle connection. She is a former competitive bodybuilder with years of experience coaching clients of all levels. Her coaching focuses on building core strength, improving balance and coordination — but more than that, she loves helping clients gain confidence that extends far beyond the gym or studio. When does this challenge start?

How long is the challenge?
8 weeks
Does this challenge cost anything?
It is 100% free to sign up and participate at your own pace, whether at home or in the gym. However, a full-sized supplement purchase is required to qualify for prizes.
What are the requirements?
All that is required is you upload progress photos and stats to the portal for the required weeks 1, 4 and 8 complete with the appropriate check in card provided. These photos are front, rear and side pictures. Also, making a full sized supplement purchase to qualify for prizes and top 30 to be in the running for top 10 (Full sized supplement means any supplement just no samples, apparel or accessories. A full case of 12 energy drinks counts as well).
How do I sign up?
Where is the best place to ask any questions?
The Bucked Up Bootcamp Facebook Group is the best place to message an admin, ask questions, and share your journey. The group also hosts giveaways, live workout videos, and Q&A sessions, along with announcements about winners.
Where do I find the portal to upload photos and access workouts?
Log in at www.buckedupbootcamp.com using the email and password you created at sign-up.
How many people can win this challenge?
Top 15 men and top 15 women will be selected to be in the running for top 10 at the end of the challenge. Only the top 10 for both men and women will place. A total of 30 in the running and only 20 winners. Top 10 men and top 10 women.
What is best to wear for progress photo pictures?
• Men: Any appropriate shorts.
• Women: Swimsuits, bikinis, sports bras, and shorts work well.
• Tips: Avoid sweatpants, hoodies, or other clothing that hides progress. Take photos in a clean area with good lighting and a plain wall behind you.
What else will be provided during this bootcamp?
• Video demos for all exercises found in the portal.
• Meal suggestions, supplement guidance, and live discussions on Bucked Up products, nutrition tips, and fitness hacks.
• Access to community support via the Bootcamp Facebook group.
Where can I get my Bucked Up products for this challenge?
At www.buckedup.com or any Bucked Up retail store.
Use the code you'll get on your email for 20% off during the challenge. Make sure to use your email from sign-up to track purchases.
If I sign up with a spouse or someone in the same household, do we both need to make separate purchases?
Yes, each participant must make their own purchase using their email for tracking.
What are the prizes?
