Larissa has been coaching Bucked Up Bootcamp since 2021. Larissa is a 6x American Ninja Warrior competitor, National NPC competitor, Ninja coach, Certified Group Instructor, and mother. She loves pushing her strengths and goals to the limit while bettering her weaknesses in the process. Bodybuilding, nutrition and strength training have become a lifestyle passion and there is no slowing her down!
Rickey is an all American track athlete, CPT, and has his BS in Exercise Science with sub specializations in functional fitness, strength, and athletics. He believes incorporating many different forms of fitness into one’s routine will help enhance people’s health and wellness by decreasing the chance of injury and improve their physical fitness in more ways than one.
